THE return of Indian national Uzma from Pakistan is encouraging and has sent positive signals across South Asia. Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has done the right thing by appreciating Pakistan`s help in Uzma`s return.
The media should come forward to highlight such gestures and positive developments. Business activities between India and Pakistan have been disturbed greatly owing to the escalation of tension between the two countries.
The media and the governments in both countries should help develop bilateral relationship and business activities between the two countries . Failure on these fronts will result in serious setbacks.
