TAXILA: An assistant education officer (AEO) of Attock was suspended from service besides facing departmental inquiry for allegedly harassing female teacher.

The assistant education officer was involved in harassing a female teacher of Govt Girls School Sheenhagh.

Besides notifying his suspension, Chief Executive Of ficer, Education, Abdul Shakoor Anjum also ordered an inquiry under Punjab Employees Efficiency, Discipline and Accountability Act.

In his complaint, the father of the teacher has provided all evidence of the harassment including text messages and emails, which the accused used to send to his daughter.
