SIALKOT: Farmer Taugeer Ahmed, the victim of Indian Border Security Force (BSF) firing, was laid to rest in Jalala village on Friday.
A large number of the people attended his funeral.
The BSF had killed the 30-year-old on Wednesday after dragging him into its territory from the Zero Line when he was working in his fields.
Meanwhile, the grieved family, relatives and villagers staged a demonstration in Jalala to protest the BSF brutality.
Speaking on the occasion, Taugeer Ahmed`s father Shabbir Ahmed and mother Rubeena urged the Pakistan government to take the matter to the International Court of Justice (IcJ).
