KA RACH I: An antiterrorism court on Monday indicted four men for killing Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf leader Zahra Shahid.

Muhammad Rashid alias Master, Zahid Abbas Zaidi, Irfan alias Lamba and Kaleem have been booked for allegedly killing the PTI leader in May 2013 inside her Defence residence.

Judge Imdad Ali Khoso of the ATC-VIII read out the charges against the suspects.

However, they pleaded not guilty and opted to contest the case.

The court summoned all prosecution witnesses with a direction to record their testimonies on June 15.

A case was registered under Sections 302 (premeditated murder) and 34 (common intention) of the Pakistan Penal Code read with Section 7 of the AntiTerrorism Act, 1997 on behalf of the state at the Gizri police station.
