LAHORE: An elderly woman was found strangled at her Garden Town home early on Friday.

Police said Nadeema Bibi, 50,was strangled byunidentified killer(s) and motive behind the murder was yet to be ascertained.

Sharing details of the incident with the media, the police said Nadeema was living with her son and daughter-in-law in a portion of her home. The other portion has been rented out to another f amily.

Quoting her son, the police said Nadeema had married four times. After separation, she had differences with her some former husbands over property issues.

The family suspected that she might have been killed over a property dispute.

Af ter lodging a first information report (FIR), the police handed over the case to the homicide wing for further investigation.
