India shells Sialkot border villages

SIALKOT: The Indian Border Security Force (BSF) resorted to unprovoked firing on Pakistani border villages in Shakargarh sector along the Working Boundary here on Friday.

It was the third consecutive day of Indianshelling on the border villages.

According to Chenab Rangers officials, the BSF personnel started unprovoked Ering on Pakistani villages at 08:30pm, targeting the civilian population there.

The Chenab Rangers retaliated in a befitting manner to the Indian firing. No casualties were reported.

The firing continued till late night.
