SANGHAR city has been deprived of a library since 2004. It has now a population of about 0.3m. Most students and others are forced to study in hotels or on roadsides, in demolished parks or at homes.
All the ruling parties have disappointed the peoplein thisregardfortheyhave never bothered to set up libraries to keep them engaged in studying.
