THE Hub administrative authority established a library two-and-a-half decades ago. The library contains hundreds of books in different languages, including Urdu, English and Sindhi.
But, unfortunately, this library remains open only for two hours daily, which makes it difficult for students to prepare for their examinations.
It has not improved in the the last so many years. There is only one library in the city in such a poor condition. There is no other place where one can have a good learning environment.
The authorities concerned are requested to improve the standard of the library.
