By Our Correspondent 2016-12-07
KOHAT: PML-N provincial joint secretary and district councillor Mian Shah Raza has criticised successive governments for sanctioning schools and health facilities on political basis in areas where they were not needed.

He claimed that the governments had been constructing and upgrading schools without providing them any staff. He said that in some schools the number of students was less than 20.
