KARACHI: Jamaat-iIslami chief Sirajul Haq has congratulated its candidate after the election tribunal proclaimed the election of PTI lawmaker void and declared that the runner-up in the PS-93 constituency was returned to the assembly.

The JI chief said that the victory of its candidate manifested the trust people had in the party despite the fact that the JI had boycotted polling in the city.
