ISLAMABAD: Capital police arrested six suspects from various parts of the city, and recovered weapons and stolen items from their possession, the police said on Wednesday.

Margalla police apprehended a man during patrols and recovered a 9mm pistol and ammunition from his possession. Khanna police apprehended two people for their alleged involvement in robberies, and recovered a 30 bore pistol from each of them.

Aabpara police arrested two people for their alleged involvement in theft, and recovered valuables worth thousands of rupees from them. A man was also arrested for his involvement in robberies by Ramna police, and stolen items were recovered from his possession.

Separate cases have been registered against those arrested, and further investigations are underway. Staff Reporter
