I REQUEST the government on behalf of all pensioners to exempt them from paying withholding tax on all their banl( transactions or make arrangements to mal(e them income tax filers.
Our only source of income is the pension which we receive from the government and we simply do not know how to file incometax returns. That is why we are not are `non-filers`.
If some government agency can help us file income tax returns, we would be only too glad to do so.
