PAT cycle rally from 20th

LAHORE: Ten cyclists belonging to the youth wing of the Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) will start their ride from the mausoleum of Quaid-i-Azam on Nov 20 and reach Army Public School (APS), Peshawar, on Dec 16 as a mark of peace.

According to the youth wing president, the rally will be accompanied by a number of party worl(ers and will travel through 50 cities of Pakistan before terminating at APS.

`They will carry peace message of party chief Tahirul Qadri,` he said.

The rally has been christened `Zarbey Aman,` as instructed by the party chief.

The rally will start from Karachi and travel to Hyderabad, Sukkur, Jacobabad, Ghotki, Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawalpur, Multan, Faisalabad, Lahore, Gujranwala, Jhelum, Rawalpindi and Peshawar.

On the way, it will also touch Mirpur to include Azad Kashmir in the rally.

The district set-ups of the party have been instructed to arrange welcome reception for the rally.
