RAWALPINDI: The finance and planning committee of Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University on Friday approved the recurring budget of Rs2.1 billion for 2017-18.

The committee meeting was chaired by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Rai Niaz Ahmad.

The committee has estimated Rs2049.173 million expenditures, while Rs2049.183 million has been estimated income from various sources.

The university expects Rs701.026 million grant from the Higher Education Commission and Rs78.423 million from the Punjab Government.
