PESHAWAR: The employees of Central Police Ofhce here on Friday arranged afarewellpartyin honour of the outgoing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Inspector General of Police Nasir Khan Durrani.

Mr Durrani is retiring on March 16.

Additional IGPs headquarters, investigation, commandant Elite Force, DIGs headquarters, investigation, finance and procurement, training, AIG establishment and other high ranking police officers attended the ceremony.

On the occasion, Mr Durrani termed the CPO staff as life blood for the police force in formulating and implementing the policies. He said they played a pivotal role in streamlining the ragtag pouce force in the province.

The IGP urged the participants to perform duty whole heartedly, win the hearts and minds of the public through an open heart, for which they will be rewarded by the Almighty. APP
