SUKKUR: A passer-by received minor burns when some explosive material planted in a parked motorcycle caused a big bang and fire at Sabzi Mandi along Quetta Road in Jacobabad on Monday evening.

Senior police officials of the district said a battery, ball bearings and other material were found at the scene which suggested that the explosive material either exploded or caught fire prematurely.
