PRIME Minister Nawaz Sharif was astonished when he came to know during his visit to Chitral ( Oct 29) to console with the quake victims that his directives for relief and rehabilitation of flood-affected people were not implemented.
The fact is that it is the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) which is responsible for the delay.
There is only one solution to the problem.
The NDMA should be dissolved and funds should be handed over to governments in all affected areas.
