Psychology for teachers

2015-05-12
I REMEMBER when I used to be a student of Class 1, I was slapped by one of my class-fellows. Being younger and physically weal
Meanwhile, a senior woman proctor came forward and tried to address my grievance.

My question is, what would have been the reaction of those teachers if their own childrenhad been slapped? What I want to say is that we need to work on the ethics ofourteachers, as they are unaware of their roles and responsibilities.

They must be taught that they are teaching children not only for the salce of earning money, they are helping in developing a nation.

Psychology has an impact on every educational system. I will request the educational boards to promulgate such laws as would make it mandatory for educational institutes to hire psychologists for grooming teachers.
