PESHAWAR: Activists of Muslim Students Federation on Monday blocked road outside the Peshawar Press Club against attack on Pakistan Muslim League-N senior vice president Engineer Amir Muqam at Shangla.

They were holding placards inscribed with demands for arrest of the culprits and also shouted slogans against the provincial government.

Talking to mediapersons, the students`leaders said the provincial government had failed to provide protection to the lives and properties of people. The protesters said political leaders were frequently targeted and many elected members had been killed during past few years. They also condemned the killing of ANP leader Mian Mushtaq and two other people in Badhber.
