PESHAWAR: Members of Fata Students Federation on Monday staged a protest demonstration outside the Peshawar Press Club against the killing of innocent people by the India security forces across the Working Boundary and the Line of Control. The protesting students were holding placards and banners inscribed with anti-India slogans, and demands for tit for tatresponse tothe strikes.

The students` leaders said the nation would fully support the armed forces to foil conspiracies of the enemy.

Similarly, they said that drone attacks were also against the integrity and sovereignty of the country, which must be stopped once for all. They urged the government to take up the issue at the international level.

Speaking on the occasion, Lugman Afridi said that on one hand the internally displaced persons were facing problems in camps and on the other drones were destroying whatever buildings left undamaged during the military operation.

The IDPs, he said had been demanding of the government to allow them to return to their homes, but the government was using delaying tactics in that regard.
