LAHORE: The nursing staff of the Sir Ganga Ram Hospital lodged a protest against their medical superintendent for withholding no objection certificates (NOCs) of their colleagues who want to join postgraduate courses.

In an application to the health department, the nurses said MS Dr Waqar Nabi Bajwa, through a letter addressed to the principal of the Post Graduate College of Nursing Punjab, had requested to grant permission to the nurses of his institute who want to join postgraduate courses.
