It had been taken out from imambargahs of Shahpar on the outskirts of the city which came to Said Habib Imambargah.

The second FIR by the SHO claims that Allama Syed Shirazai had made a controversial speech on the Ashura day.

The ofhcial said that another FIR had been filed by Javed Ibraheem of Sunni Supreme Council and others against the procession which was taken out from Shahpar village in violation of theplanne d route.

The official said that all the FIRs had been submitted to the court of law for proceedings. Commenting on the issue, former chief justice of Peshawar High Court, Syed Ibne Ali, said that if found guilty those nominated in the FIRs should be brought to justice.

`The petitioners will have to prove what they have alleged in the FIRs. In the meantime both the sides should wait peacefully for the decision of the court without coming out with their own verdicts,` he said.

Talking to this scribe on phone on Saturday, Syed Ibne All said that the processions could only be taken out from imambargahs and pass through the planned routes and not on the instructions of an individual.

He said that the top priority of elders from both the sides had been to live peacefully like brothers in Kohat.

Earlier, speaking at a press conference at his hujra, Javed Ibraheem condemned the alleged hate speech and violation of specified routes.
