SIALKOT: The Sialkot Cantonment police seized a bag full of bullets from a local bus stand late on Wednesday.

Police said a passenger had left the bag to avoid checking before getting on the bus. The bus stand management alerted the police.

Police officials added there were 3,200 bullets in the bag.

OPERATION: The Punjab Rangers with police conducted a search operation in and around Pasrur city late on Wednesday, and accord-ing to senior police officials, three Afghan nationals were arrested.

The officials said the accused were residing in rented place there.

FIA: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested 10 people on Thursday, deported from Turkey, at the Sialkot International Airport.

FIA Divisional Deputy Director Khalid Anees said the arrested people included Saleem Raza, Nabeel Ahmed, Muhammad Saleem, Muhammad Tauseef, Khanzada Abdul Aziz, Muhammad Arsalan, Muhammad Rizwan, Yasir Ali and Abdul Qayyum.
