He was addressing a one-week `In-service short-term training of university and college faculty members` at the Centre for Educational Policy and Administration of the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore on Monday.

Dr Nizamuddin said: `We have to simultaneously focus on research in disciplines of social and biosciences if we really want the country to progress. With the passage of time teaching methodologies have changed with more use of technology, multimedia, videos and documentaries so we have to train our faculty to keep pace with the changing needs.` Staff Reporter
