A FEW days ago I started experiencing severe gas shortages at my residence, F-11/2, Islamabad. While most people complain about low gas pressure, my house receives no gas at all for long periods.
I lodged a complaint with Sui Northern Gas Pipelines. It responded three days later by telling me that my problem was owing to a faulty gas regulator. It was changed and I was assured that my problem was solved.
However, this did not change the situation and all subsequent attempts at contacting the SNGPL have resulted in them telling me that the reason is gas loadshedding.
I find that hard to believe because at times my neighbours on either side report full availability of gas while there is none at my house.
Irequest the authorities concerned to take immediate action in this regard.
