KASUR: The Kot Radha Kishan police claimed on Sunday to have arrested 40 suspects including 19 from Bajaur Agency and 11 from Mohmand Agency during a crackdown under the National Action Plan.

Headed by DSP Ashfaq Qazmi, police thoroughly searched more than 200 houses and made biometric verification on the spot.

Police arrested 40 suspects and also claimed having recovered illegal weapons.

BODY FOUND: The Sadar police recovered the body of an eight-year-old boy from the premises of a mill on Ganda Singh Road on Sunday.

The victim belonging to a nomad family had gone missing for two days. The nomad family, migrated recently from Mailsi, was residing near Qaiser Gar village.
