The joint resolution tabled by finance minister Muzafar Said was signed by several ministers and MPAs.

The resolution read that the Muslims were brutally killed, while their houses were torched in Myanmar but the UN and international organisations were silent about it.

It demanded of the UN to immediately convene a meeting and take measures to stop brutalities against the innocent Muslims.

The resolution was passed unanimously when the chair put it to the vote.
