MUZA F FA RGA R H: Police launched a search operation along the vital installations here in the wake of threats from the Taliban and also sealed all illegal oil agencies near Parco and PSO depots on Tuesday.

Sources said police took action against dozens of oil agencies along Parco and PSO roads and sealed all the illegal oil agencies. It also checked the residences in Qasba Gujrat.

Talking to Dawn, District Police Officer Rai Zameeul Haq said he had increased security of Parco and PSO.

Mahmood Kot SHO Ayub Lodhi said the CNICs of the people living in Gujrat were checl(ed and most of them were Afghans and Pashtun who were doing business there.

He said two suspects were arrested for interrogation.

He said owners of illegal oil agencies had been booked under relevant laws.
