Man held for killing wife

TIMERGARA: The police on Wednesday arrested a man along with his father for killing his newly-married wife at Khungi Shah village here.

SHO Timergara Jamiluddin Khan told journalists that a newly-married girl was found dead at her home two days ago.

He said the police took her husband and father-inlaw into custody on suspicion. The police officer said the husband confessed to the crime, saying that he had killed his wife on his father`s orders. The police also recovered a pistol that was used in the crime.
