TOBA TEK SINGH: Law-enforcement agencies claimed on Sunday to have arrested 10 suspected terrorists during a search operation at Chak 330 JB Seowal and recovered a huge cache arms from their custody.

Chak 330 JB Seowal is one of the biggest villages of the district located one km away from here.

Sources said Pakistan Rangers, local police, Elite Force and personnel of intelligence agencies stahed the operation early in the morning and didn`t allow anyone to enter or exit the village. The personnel searched 2,200 houses during the operation which continued for several hours.

They said LEAs recovered 86 pistols of 30-bore, three 12-bore rifles, 19 pistols of 12-bore, one 7-MM rifle, a carbine and hundreds of bullets and cartridges from their custody.

They said a carton of 116 old model of mobile phone sets was also recovered. The suspects were shifted to some undisclosed place for investigation.-Correspondent
