LANDI KOTAL: The survey of damaged houses would begin on Monday (today) in Baz Garha Kamarkhel area of Bara, officials said. They said that a six-member survey team was formed in consultation with Kamarkhel Qaumi Sareshtha (council of elders). Political Tehsildar Ghuncha Gul will head the committee.

Although officials insist that the survey team has been constituted in consultations with local elders, some of the Kamarkhel elders have openly objected to inclusion of an official of communication and works department in the team.

They have demanded of the Khyber Agency political administration to include another honest official of the said department in the team instead of him.—Correspondent
