GHALANAI: JUI-F Fata leaders have accused PTI, PPP and ANP of promoting western agenda in the country.

They claimed that JUI-F had been working for protecting Islamic values, Madressahs and mosques in the country.

They were speaking at a workers` convention at Jamiat-i-Uloom Islamia here on Saturday.

JUI-F Fata emir Mufti Abdus Shakoor, naib emir KP Maulana Rafiullah Qasmi, party`s Fata general secretary Mufti Mohammad Ijaz, MNA from South Waziristan Maulana Jamaluddin, ex-senator from Bajaur Muf ti Abdur Rasheed and JUI Mohmand Agency emir Mohammad Arif Haqqani addressed the convention.

They alleged that the secular parties were misleading the youths in the name of change, adding the country`s rulingclassandbureaucracy were appeasing the US.

The JUI-F leaders said they would stand up to the forces of falsehood and antireligious elements.

Maulana Rafiullah Qasmi said PTI-led provincial government had no plan for public welfare, adding the party claimed to end corruption in90 days after coming into power, but it failed to do so even after three years in power.

He said there was no improvement in the health and other provincial departments as promised by the PTI government.

He claimed that western curriculum was being taught in the KP schools.

Another leader Abdur Rasheed claimed that JUI-F would come out as a strong force in the tribal areas and would form the next government in KP.

Later, talking to reporters, MNA Maulana Jamaluddin termed PTPs planned lockdown of Islamabad as undemocratic. He alleged that PTI didn`t have respect for court orders.

He said JUI-F was not against the Fata reforms, but wanted these in accordance with the wishes of the tribesmen and their customs and traditions.

He said tribal people wanted a separate province for Fata so that they had their own NFC award and an elected assembly.

Mr Jamaluddin pointed out that the Fata Reforms Committee report was not based on reality as only 200 tribesmen were involved in the jirgas and meetings held during the body`s visits to various tribal agencies.
