ON Jan 28, the prime minister inaugurated the much-awaited north-bound track of the Lyari Expressway. It was mainly because of the Supreme Court`s decision that the expressway has been completed.

Although officially inaugurated, it is not operational. This means no one can use it from the starting point at Mauripur Road.

Interestingly, tents for inauguration could be seen at Hasan Square north side`s changeover.
