APROPOS a news item published in February 28 edition and headlined `Contempt notices issued to home secy, IGP, others over Murtaza Jatoi`s illegaldetention`,itwas erroneously mentioned that the highcourt had suspended the judicial magistrate-II of Sukkur. In fact, the constitutional bench had suspended `the operation of remand order`, and not the judicialmagistrate. The erroris regretted.
