LAHORE: Two unknown women left a newborn female baby at the emergency department of Lahore General Hospital and disappeared.

The LGH management took the newborn into custody and shifted her to the nursery for care.

A hospital CCTV footage shows the women leaving the baby girl on the floor and disappearing.

The LGH management decided the baby would be taken care of at the health facility till her parents were found, says a handout.
