REFERENCE the news story `Khan of Kalat being persuaded to return home` (June 29). The current rumours that there are plans afoot to replace the current Khan, Mir Suleman Dawood Jan by the powers that be are alarming.
I appeal that the Baloch people be given their rights that have been denied to themfor the past many decades. The Baloch are also patriotic Pakistanis. I request the Khan of Kalat to return and lead the Baloch to a great future in Pakistan a future that should have been theirs 70 years ago.
