T HE village of Kohi Goth, located between Manzil Pump and Saleh Mohammad Goth, has an extremely unhealthy environment, and all the more so when it rains.
Rain water has mixed with sewerage and is standing on the streets and in front of each home. As a result of this, mosquitoes and flies are breeding in large numbers and causing diseases like malaria, cholera and influenza.
Besides, people suffer from diarrhoea, headaches, pain in the bones and joints.
The authorites concerned shoud have the stagnant water removed at the earliest.
