There has been a ban on the Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) for some time. While the judicial bench that imposed the ban must have had its reasons, competent aspirants who had earned their seats purely on merit have also been affected by the ban. The relevant authorities should consider lif ting the ban and ensure an SPSC with due transparency and meritocracy.
