I AM a regular passenger of domestic airlines. Delays in departures are quite common for all airlines operating domestically in Pakistan. Even the cancellation of a flight has become quite frequent. This is a cause of great hardship and inconvenience.
Moreover, if a passenger arrives late at an airport, he has to change or cancel his departure, and pay aheavypenalty.Butthe airlines do not compensate the passenger(s) monetarily in case of delay. There should not be one-way traffic.
Fair play demands that airlines should also pay the penalty to the passengersfor the delays or cancellation of the flight.
