LAHORE: Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has urged those engaged in `negative politics` to mend their ways for the sake of the country andnation.

In a statement released here on Monday, he said those creating chaos and anarchy and staging sit-ins have no concerns with the problems of people and they only want to achieve personal agendas. That is why these elements have set aside national interests forthe sake of personal interests.

The CM said that on one hand the worst enemy of the country is violating the LoC and working boundary, and on the other unwise elements are developing enmity with the country by threatening to lock down Islamabad.

He said in such circumstances, efforts are being made to divide the nation that needs unity and solidarity more than ever before and it would be better for those indulging in `negative politics` to make public service their hallmark.
