OKARA: A man was killed while five others, including four members of a family, suffered injuries in two road accidents here on Saturday.

The first incident occurred on DipalpurKasur Road near Adda Malik Shah, where two motorcycles had a head-on collision. As a result, four people Zikra Bibi, her son Tayyab, and two daughters, Nabeela and Jamia sustained multiple injuries.

Rescue 1122 providedfirst aid at the scene before shifting them to a local hospital for further treatment.

In another accident near Satgrah Mor on Okara-Faisalabad Road, a wagon struck a motorcycle carrying two young men, Tayyab Ali and Awais Ali. Both suffered serious injuries and were rushed to DHQ City Hospital by Rescue 1122.
