THE outcome of the recent G7 meeting in Canada has given more strength to the universal belief that the West is blind in its hatred of the Muslims. While the G7 was unanimous in its assertion, it was the German chancellor who gave voice to the collective stance. Defending the Zionist state`s attacks on Iran, the chancellor said it was the `dirty work Israel is doing for all of us`.
The net outcome of G7 is nothing but political expediency of a weak leadership that is actually against the aspirations of its own peoples, a great betrayal of their conscience. The little I have understood from the study of contemporary religions and world history is that when small people in big offices start experimenting with their planned interventions, startling results are bound to surface.
In the long run, however, only the truth prevails, and truth, indeed, will prevail.
