KARACHI, Feb 2: Two container ships were allotted berths during the last 24 hours, said a PQA press release on Thursday.

Meanwhile, four more ships with containers, canola seeds and edible oil also arrived at the outer anchorage.

Izumo, CGM Strauss, AI Barella and Chem Road Haya were currently occupying berths to load/offload containers, rice and edible oil.

A cargo volume of 30,915 tons comprising 15,703 tons of import and 15,212 tons of export was handled. Izumo and CGM Strauss sailed out.
