I HAVE noticed that most of the manhole covers installed by the Cantonment Board Clifton in DHA and Clifton areas are either above surface on thoroughfares or below the road level. This causes disturbances for vehicle drivers in both instances. The manhole covers break frequently and the replacement process is never ending.
The CBC should ensure better quality manhole covers are installed exactly at roadlevel.
