MIRPURKHAS: A fouryear-old girl slipped out of her mother`s hands and fell to her death from a moving Qingqi rickshaw near Saman Goth village on Mirwah road in Shujaabad taluka on Thursday.

Witnesses said that a family was riding the Qingqi when the girl fell from her mother`s hands and took such a serious hit to her head that the child died instantly. The girl`s name could not be ascertained.
