LODHRAN: A District Bar Association (DBA) member was found dead near the Judicial Complex on Thursday -a day after he was kidnapped.

According to family, Mahar Yasin and his niece Shabana, 10, were kidnapped by some people.

They said they submitted an application to police and the kidnappers released Shabana near her home.

On Thursday morning, they said, Sahu was found dead near the Judicial Complex. They suspectedthat Sahu had fallen a victim to rivalry within family.

Police registered a case against eight suspects, six of them nominated.

DPO Malik Jameel Zafar directed police teams to arrest the suspects as soon as possible.

DBA Secretary Sardar Kamran Khan told Dawn that lawyers would observe three-day mourning and none of them would appear in any case till Saturday.

He warned that the colleagues of the deceased would launch a protest campaign if the suspects were not arrested.
