LAHORE: The Punjab government on Friday transferred Forestry, Wildlife and Fisheries Department Secretary Muddasir Waheed Malik (presently attending the National Management Course) and directed him to report to the S&GAD for further orders.

Director General of Wildlife and Parks, Punjab, Mudassar Riaz Malik was transferred and posted as secretary forestry, wildlife and fisheries department. He has also been relieved of the additional charge of the post of DG (Fisheries), Punjab.

Directorate of Special Education, Punjab, DG Muhammad Saleem Afzal was transferred and posted as DG (Fisheries), Punjab. He will also hold the additional charge of the post of DG Wildlife and Parks, Punjab, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.

Upon cancellation of the remaining portion of earned leave, Ali Atif, awaiting posting in S&GAD, was posted as additional secretary S&GAD, South Punjab, against a vacant post.

The Punjab government also notified transfer and posting of five DIGs of Prisons in Sahiwal, Bahawalpur and Lahore regions.
