RAWALPINDI: Beheaded body of a woman was found in Saddar Bairooni area on Monday.

Shahzeera Bibi, a 30-year-old mother of three, was cutting grass with the sickle when she was beheaded by some unidentified persons.

SP Saddar Circle Ghayas Gull said her husband Omer Farooq told the police that Shahzeera had left her house at 3pm to collect fodder for her domestic animals but did not return.

He said later some passers-by spotted her beheaded body lying in the fields and a blood-soaked sickle lying beside her.

The police believe that some persons killed her with the sickle she was using to cut grass. Staff Reporter
