It has provided employment opportunities to a large number of individuals, both directly and indirectly, and has contributed to the country`s overall industrial development. However, there are certain challenges that need to be addressed to further boost the growth of the automobile industry.

These include ensuring a conducivebusiness environment, promoting research and development, and encouraging the production of environment-friendly vehicles. Efforts should be made to enhance the quality of locally manufactured vehicles, improve safety standards, and introduce innovative features to meet the evolving needs of the community of consumers. Additionally, the government should consider implementing policies that attract more foreign investment in the sector, and promote the development of electric and hybrid vehicles.
