KARACHI: A police complaint cell registered 77,522 public complaints via postal mail, phone, email, whatsapp during the year 2023, said a spokesperson for the Sindh police.

He said that of the total complaints received at the IGP Complaint Cell 74,442 were effectively addressed using strategic approaches, while efforts were underway to resolve the remaining 3,080 complaints.-APP
